Refund policy

Reecy loves a happy customer. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase including order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@reecy.com.au. If your return is accepted, you will need to arrange return shipping in the products original box. The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Reecy can not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns that are shipping back to us; for this reason, we strongly recommend using a tracking service when sending the product back to ensure it is safely delivered to us.

Damages and issues

In the rare occurrence that you’ve received your Reecy’s with a fault or defect, we do require that you report this within 7 days of receiving so that we can resolve the issue right away.

If this is not reported within the first week we can no longer determine whether your order was received with the defect or if it occurred as a result of wear and tear (unless it is deemed a legitimate manufacturing fault)


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
